Terms
Terms of use
Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
Last updated: September 26, 2026
These terms cover your use of the TapStack website (“the site”), run by TapStack (“we”, “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Using the site
You’re welcome to browse the site and join the waitlist. Please don’t:
- use the site for anything unlawful;
- sign up with an email address that isn’t yours;
- try to break, overload or get around the site’s security, or use bots to send forms;
- copy or scrape the site’s content in bulk.
The waitlist isn't an order
Joining the waitlist means we’ll email you about TapStack’s launch. It isn’t an order or a reservation, nothing is charged, and neither of us is committed to a sale. Prices, availability and ship dates will be announced when orders open, and we can’t promise that TapStack will be available to everyone or everywhere. You can leave the list at any time; see our privacy policy.
Product information may change
TapStack hasn’t launched yet. The images on the site are renders and illustrative images of the product in development, and details such as the design, finishes, features, specifications and timing may change before it ships. Logging a dose with a tap needs a phone with NFC, and what works may depend on your phone.
Not medical advice
The site gives general information about a pill and supplement organizer. It isn’t medical advice and doesn’t replace the advice of your doctor or pharmacist. Always follow their directions and the label on your medication, and don’t rely on the organizer or its log as your only record of what you’ve taken.
Our content
The TapStack name, the product’s design, and the site’s text, images, renders and code belong to us or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may share links to the site, but please don’t reuse its content without our written permission.
Other websites
The site links to services we don’t run, such as Instagram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we aren’t responsible for their content.
Disclaimer
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TapStack won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in [State], unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as TapStack gets closer to launch. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
